5. PARTICIPATION
5.1 Upon request of the organizers or the Referee, participants shall present their passport/ID card as proof of age.
5.2 Each athlete according to his/her age and according to the program can participate to the following categories:

5.3 The minimum number of participants in each category is five (5) except in Absolute category, where the minimum number of participants is for men thirty two (32) and for women sixteen (16).
6. REGISTRATION
7. CANCELATION
The cancelation period is from 1-7-2023 to 5-7-2023. After 5-7-2023 the fees will not be refunded.
8. PLAYING SYSTEM
• Single event: shall be played in 2 stages.
• In the first stage there will be qualifying groups of 3 or 4 players depending on the number of entries.
• If there are 5 players in an event, the event will be played in one group of 5 players.
• In the second stage, athletes who finished first or second in their group, will qualify for the final events.
• Athletes who finished third or fourth in their group, will be entitled to play in the corresponding consolation events.
• Both competitions shall be played on a knock-out basis.
• If the number of players in an event is 5 or less, a second stage will not be played, and the winner of the group will be the winner in this event.
• ONLY for the Open event the first 8 male athletes of the Ranking list ant the first 4 female athletes of the Ranking list will be proceed directly to the KO stage.
• All matches will be played best of 5 games, except from semifinals and finals in the men singles and women singles absolute category, where will be played best of 7 games.
• The tournament shall be played in accordance with the Laws of Table Tennis and the Regulations for International Competitions.
9. RANKING
All participants will be evaluated according to ITTF ranking, ETTU ranking, Home country ranking, Event ranking. The organizing committee will evaluate the athletes who don’t fulfill the above criteria.
The final ranking of the tournament will be announced earlier and will be used to form the groups in all categories. Athletes from the same city or country won’t be situated in the same group. This does not apply in the case we have more athletes from the same city or country from the forming groups.
10. DRAWS
The draws will take place one hour before the beginning of the first stage games (Groups), with the present athletes and just after the end of the first stage games (Groups) for the second stage games (Knock down).

12.1 Medals and diplomas shall be presented by representatives of the Organizing Association to the winners, runners-up and losing semifinalists of all title events

14. REFEREES and UMPIRES
The Organizing Association will provide them.
15. GENERAL INFORMATION
• All participants are playing with their own medical liability
• A general doctor will be present, to provide any medical help needed.
• The games will be supported by experienced secretarial staff.
• All players agree to be under the supervision of the Organizing Committee and its agents in all matters concerning television coverage video, internet web casting, motion picture coverage, and photographic coverage of any kind.
