WELCOME
The 2017 FLORINA International will be hosted and organized by Municipality of prespes in cooperation with sarises Florina club and OEA Florina club, under the supervising of HELLENIC T.T. FEDERATION (HTTF) Greece. The tournament will be open to all players in the ages mentioned in “Categories”.
ELIGIBILITY
All Players who loves table tennis .Participants should send with the entry form a copy of the ID card or the passport.
Participants are playing with their own medical liability

FLORINA International festival will take place at the indoor gym Patoulidio ATHLETIC CENTER of prespes , Greece from 23 June to 25June 20017

SYSTEM OF PLAY
Group System (A phase)
Groups of three or four, and exceptionally five people (if the number of participants requires
Retained by the A phase
The 1st and 2nd of each group will play at the second phase (depending on the number of first-phase groups) for positions 1-4 or 1-8 or 1-16 or 1-32.
The 3rd, 4th(5th if they are form groups of five) of each group for positions or 5+ 9+ or 17+ or 32+.
In the process of forming the groups and draw down not coincide individuals of the same city or the same country to the same group if the number of groups is equal to or exceed the number of participants from the same city or country
NOCK OUT (PHASE B):
-Players, who won 1st and 2nd in groups at the A phase.
For positions 1-4, or1-8, or 1-16, or 1-32 (depending on the number of A-phase groups), simple knock out a winner in the best of five.
- Players, who won 3rd, 4th, and 5th position of groups in A phase.
For positions or 5+ 9+ or 17+ or 32+ (depending on the number of A-phase groups)
Notes:
- If there is enough time its possible rating (consolation matches) in some or all categories.
ENTRY FEES
The entry fee for this tournament (all 3 days) is 15 Euro.

DRAW
The draw will take place at first day based on the entries. Minimum number per category - 5 athletes. The Steering Committee will have the discretion to adjust the fixture lists system, if a category has less than 5 athletes.

Information
1. The travel, accommodation and feeding of participants, coaches and accompanying persons is the responsibility and choice of them.
The organizing committee of the championship in order to facilitate the process of accommodation of the participants in the open championship in agreement with hotel operators in terms prices and availability, will soon announce Hotels panel.
2. The program and the schedules of the games will be announced promptly on the association website. For the first update the participants on the planning of arrival and departure, the games will begin Friday 23/6 2017. and end Sunday 25/6 14:00pm

ABOUT The Prespa Lakes
the remote northwest corner of Greece, where the Greek border meets the borders of Albania and the FYROM , stand the Prespa Lakes. In fact the three borders meet in the middle of the larger of the two lakes, the Great Prespa or Megáli Préspa, while the Mikrí Préspa or Little Prespa Lake is divided between Greece and Albania.
Human visitors may have been restricted some years ago, but that has never applied to the wildlife, for the Prespa National Park is a vital European breeding ground for many species. Visitors must be sensitive to this at all times, and an educational visit to the Information Centre in the tiny village of Ágios Germanós is the best way to start any trip here. It gives a great deal of information about the area in several languages, and provides leaflets and walking maps, as well as selling local produce and craft items.
