Pingic tournaments calendar on the homepage of the largest organisation for recreational players in Romania

The latest organisation that put Pingic calendar on the homepage of it's official web site is Amatur Romania.

Amatur Romania league consists of a number of table tennis tournaments organised throughout the whole year on multiple locations and on multipla levels: local, regional, national and ends with Tournament of Champions. League's goal is to attract table tennis enthusiasts, from recreational players to ex-professionals, who want to play in an organised way on a local or national level.

The first tournaments under Amatur name were held on 21-22. January 2006 in Oradea, Bucharest, Cluj and Suceava.

Tournaments are organised in three categories:

• A+ - 20 tables and more
• A   - 12 tables and more
• B   - no limit

and players are organised in 4 categories by playing strenth:

• Elite (Elite)
• Open (Absolute)
• Avansati (Advanced)
• Incepatori (Beginners)

Last year Amatur Romania organised 13 A+ tournaments, 95 A tournaments and 134 B tournaments on 95 locations. Number of participants in 2017 exceeded 4.000.

In 2017 Amatur Romania organised 112 tournaments throughout the whole country regarding World Table Tennis Day and gained "The most organised tournaments on 6.4.2017" award by ITTF.

In its 12 years, Amatur Romania organised 74 A+ tournaments, 594 A tournaments and 1031 B tournaments.
